Meet Kristin
Bucks County roots. A lifetime of stepping up.
MOM I TEACHER I SCHOOL BOARD DIRECTOR I UNION LEADER
That's where I learned what it means to work hard, show up every day, and stand up for peoplewhen it matters. I was born and raised in Bucks County - the daughter of a union Amtrak Conductor, and a Math Instructional Aide and floral designer.
My parents instilled in me a
strong work ethic, the importance of
showing up every day, and lasting
commitment to advocating for others
when it matters most.
Experience that makes a difference
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked as a public school
English teacher helping students build confidence in their
reading and writing, supporting families through challenges,
and seeing firsthand where our system works well and where
it needs improvement.
At home, my husband Jim and I are raising three daughters, and like many families in our community, our days are filled with early
mornings, practices, school events, and the ongoing balance
between work and family life.
My husband Jim owns an HVAC company that serves local
families and businesses, and is affiliated with the Sheet Metal
Workers Union where employees earn fair wages and have access to quality healthcare.
As a union leader and former chief negotiator in my school district,
I have advocated for students, staff, and the community to ensure
students have access to academic success while remaining mindful of the responsibility to taxpayers.
I am also a director of the Neshaminy School Board and serve on
the Business Operations and Policy Committees, where I
collaborate with fellow directors, administrators, staff, and
residents to protect, preserve, and strengthen our district while
helping move it forward.
When something isn't working, you don't wait. You step up. That's why I'm running for State Representative. When something isn't working, I don't wait. I step up.
That's why I'm running for State Representative.
Too many families feel the system isn’t working for them.
Costs continue to rise, schools are stretched thin, and too often, Harrisburg feels disconnected
from the people it is meant to serve.
How I'll LeadListen First
I take the time to
